Customer Irate Over Not Getting Free Food Vandalizes Restaurant: Philly Police

A customer visiting a fried chicken restaurant on Broad Street in Philadelphia vandalized the store after becoming irate with the store's employees, according to police.

On Tuesday, Sept. 24, a woman in a black jacket and black sweatpants entered Crown Fried and Grilled Chicken in the 2200 block of North Broad Street, the Philadelphia Police Department said. Google Maps shows Crown Chicken & Grill, located at 2201 North Broad Street, as the restaurant in question.

The woman demanded free extra food items from store employees, according to police. When they didn't meet her demands, she vandalized the store's interior, breaking electronic equipment.

This investigation is ongoing, police said.
